Hospital Cave is a cave on Cat Ba Island, Hai Phong City. This cave is located in Cat Ba National Park, about 7 km west of Cat Ba town center.
Formed millions of years ago due to the erosion of water and limestone, Hospital Cave Cat Ba Island is about 170 meters long and about 20 meters wide.
During the resistance war against the US, Hospital Cave Cat Ba Isand was known as a field hospital of Cat Ba Island.
This cave is divided into various areas, including a medical examination area, a treatment area, a rest area, and a kitchen area.
Today, Hospital Cave Cat Ba Island is an attractive tourist destination because of its magnificent natural beauty and heroic history.
Coming to Hospital Cave, visitors will admire beautiful stalactites and stalagmites, and discover another world underground.
Visitors will also learn about the heroic history of the Vietnamese people during the resistance war against America.

From Cat Ba town center, visitors can ride a motorbike or taxi or book the Son Tung Express bus to Quan Y Cave.
