1. How can we booking online?

Very easy: clients click to http://catbaexpress.com and follow 3 steps as below:
Step 1: Searching for suitable departure and returning day.
Step 2: Filling information as requested.
Step 3: Payment and proceeding schedule.

2. How can i pay?

We have flexible payment methods as below:
- Banking systems: We have account at Pay at Vietnam Commercial bank (VCB).
- Pay in cash at Catba Express Office. We accept Visa and Master card also.
- Via Onepay or Paypal systems.

3. How do you know your booking is successful?

After your successful payment successfully, you will receive E.booking code and all information to your email to confirm your booking and payment.

In case you pay in cash at Cat Ba Express office, we will issue Invoice.

4. Why do we not have paper voucher?

Quý khách đặt vé qua website http://catbaexpress.com là giao dịch điện tử nên chúng tôi không xuất Phiếu xác nhận dịch vụ bằng giấy mà chỉ gửi  mã giữ chỗ điện tử tới email của quý khách. Quý khách có thể in ra, hoặc đọc mã dịch vụ cho nhân viên của Cát Bà Express tại điểm tiếp đón khi bắt đầu dịch vụ.
Booking at http://catbaexpress.com is online process. We do not issue paper voucher and send E.booking code to your email. Clients could print voucher or show the email to Cat Ba Express staffs at boarding place when schedule is beginning.

5. What was happened if I miss the bus?

- Cat Ba Express request all passengers must present at pick up point 30 minutes at least before departure to arrange seat and luggage. No refund if passengers cannot control your own time, and present after departure. Cat Ba Express is not responsible for bus missing caused by customers’ owned side.
- Bus missing caused by Cat Ba Express owned side (out of Force Majeure): Cat Ba Express will arrange another vehicle with equivalent standard for customers. For more detail, please refer to Term and Policy – Apply for valued booking code.

6. Could itinerary be changed?

- In force majeure, Cat Ba Express must change your itinerary. We will inform you at the soonest via your email or phone call; therefore, information submitted to us is essential for further contact. 
- In case passengers do not accept with the changing, we will arrange alternative vehicle or refund your booking.

7. What is the policy if my booking was cancelled?

- In case Cat Ba Express cancels your booking or service by owned side, we will inform to customers as soon as possible, and support for searching alternative transportation with equivalent standard. If customers do not accept the alternative, we will refund your booking. The refund will be based on time and cause of cancellation.
- If cancellation caused by force majeure, or caused by third part, we will inform to customers and refund a part of booking (negotiable), and support with searching for alternative.

8. Can we cancel?

- You are allowed to cancel your booking after your confirmation. However, an amount of service fee will be partly charged (based on net price excluding discount or promotion), and on the service cancellation period. For more detail, please refer to Term and Policy – Apply for valued booking code.
- Refund method is negotiable in each booking. Bank fee, voucher delivery fee, etc. is paid by clients.
